Anthony Giaimo

Anthony is the founder of Capstone, which he established in 2019. He brings more than 11 years of recruiting experience, specializing in manufacturing and operations recruitment and executive search. A United States Army veteran and former Intelligence Analyst, Anthony brings a disciplined, analytical approach to identifying and attracting high-impact talent.

Prior to founding Capstone, he gained experience with a leading global recruiting agency, supporting organizations across a range of industries and complex hiring needs. Today, Anthony partners closely with companies to build strong leadership and operational teams, with an emphasis on understanding each organization’s business, culture, and long-term goals—not simply filling open positions.

Hayley Christina

Hayley Christina brings a distinctive blend of talent acquisition expertise and firsthand legal experience to the firms and professionals she represents. She began her recruiting career in New Jersey before advancing to Wall Street, where she recruited for global investment banks. After earning degrees in Paralegal Studies and Legal Support and Services, she united her passion for connecting people with opportunity with her deep interest in the legal profession.

As a former paralegal, Hayley understands the demands of law firm practice and the impact exceptional talent can have on a firm’s success. Hayley brings a paralegal background and specialized legal recruiting experience to searches across corporate law, intellectual property, real estate, and complex litigation. She partners with prestigious, award-winning law firms nationwide, specializing in the placement of attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and legal accounting professionals. Her experience allows her to look beyond a résumé, recognizing the capabilities, ambitions, and professional qualities that create a lasting fit.

Mike Press

Mike Press brings over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and team leadership. His background combines technical recruiting expertise with a deep understanding of how to develop recruiters, strengthen client relationships, and build effective hiring strategies.

Before joining Capstone, Mike spent 19 years with one of the world’s top ranking agencies, where his career included senior technical recruiting, account management, recruiter training, and leadership as Senior Vice President of Recruiting Operations & Performance. Having served as a lead recruiter, recruiting manager, and trainer, he brings a practical perspective to both the execution of a search and the development of the people behind it. His accomplishments include more than 500 career placements and a six-year record of consistently ranking among the firm’s top 1%.

Mike’s approach centers on lasting relationships and a thorough understanding of the needs of employers and candidates. His technical knowledge and experience managing client accounts allow him to navigate complex hiring requirements while keeping the people and business goals behind each opportunity in focus. At Capstone, he draws on that experience to support clients, guide recruiting performance, and connect professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
